	NEWS CENTER - In the Iraqi city of Basra, women took to the streets on November 25 and made action against violence.

	&nbsp;

	Many different actions and events are held in all cities of Iraq and the Federated Kurdistan Region due to the November 25 International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. One of the centers where women took to the streets was the Iraqi city of Basra.

	&nbsp;

	Women who went out to the streets in Basra organized action against violence. The women called for an end to violence in the action.
