	İlham Ehmed, Chair of the Executive Committee of the Syrian Democratic Council (MSD), met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Russian Presidency Special Representative Mikhail Bogdanov. According to the statement made by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Russia Today (RT) channel, the developments in Syria were discussed at the meeting and the importance of finding a solution in Syria within the framework of UN Resolution 2254 was mentioned.

	In the statement said, ‘’We conveyed that Russia is ready to take any responsibility for the solution of the Syrian crisis. We once again emphasized our opinion that Syria’s territorial integrity should be ensured as soon as possible’’.
