In this context, the Freedom for Abdullah Öcalan Initiative launched the “Freedom Ship” action, in which many activists would take part, within the framework of the ‘’Time has come, Freedom for Abdullah Öcalan, Peace for Kurdistan’’ campaign. On the ship; There are 37 names including academics, politicians, artists, writers, peace activists, and women’s movement representatives from Germany, France, Switzerland, Brazil, Spain, Sweden, Greece, Italy, and England.   It will be in Naples on November 12   The Freedom Ship, which gets under way from Lavrio in Athens, is scheduled to arrive in Naples city of Italy on November 12. The reason why Naples was chosen is that it was the date Abdullah Öcalan passed from Greece to Italy 23 years ago.   ‘We came together for Abdullah Öcalan’s freedom’   Writer Anja Flach, who is on the Freedom Ship, stated that they came together as those who adopted Abdullah Öcalan’s paradigm. Emphasizing that activists from many countries took part in the action, Anja said, ‘’We came together to demand his freedom by pointing to Abdullah Öcalan and his philosophy with this action’’.   ‘Abdullah Öcalan’s paradigm is the solution of system chaos’   Stating that Abdullah Öcalan has put forward a new paradigm against the chaos in the world system, Anja said, ‘’Abdullah Öcalan has suggested the solution to the problems. But states do not want these problems to be resolved. The pandemic is the Third World War and the getting worse of the economy… Abdullah Öcalan put forward the solution to all these problems. But those states want to eliminate him. We came together against the continuation of wars. We want to follow the path of Abdullah Öcalan.’’   ‘Our morale and motivation are strong’   Noting that their morale and motivation are high, Anja said that they danced the halay and they had the opportunity to get to know each other closely. Anja said, ‘’We held a panel discussion in Athens. A MP from the Greek Parliament also attended. They also stated that their wish is the freedom of Abdullah Öcalan. We also went to Lavrio Camp. Many people had to leave their lands because of the war. We spent one night with them’’.   ‘Our wish is to break the isolation’   Drawing attention to the aggravated isolation against Abdullah Öcalan, Anja said that the isolation is not only physical but also applied to thoughts. ‘’Our wish is to break this isolation. We want Abdullah Öcalan’s freedom. The whole world needs to see this well. The solution of the problems is in his paradigm,’’ Anja said.   Anja also noted that they plan to hold a mass march in Naples on November 12.
