Constitutional Court sends HDP’s defense to Court of Cassation

	ANKARA  - The Constitutional Court sent HDP’s pre-defense to the Court of Cassation.

	 

	The Constitutional Court sent the pre-defense of the party to the Court of Cassation within the scope of the lawsuit filed with the request of the closure of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP). The Supreme Court of Appeals Prosecutor Bekir Şahin is expected to prepare his opinion within a month. After the opinion to be submitted by the Prosecutor’s Office, HDP will be given one month to prepare its main defense.
