
Berivan Kutlu’s hearing postponed

	ŞIRNAK - The trial against Cizre Municipality Co-Mayor Berivan Kutlu on the allegation of ‘’being a member of a terrorist organization’’ has been postponed.

	&nbsp;

	The 23rd hearing of the lawsuit was filed against Cizre Municipality Co-Mayor Berivan Kutlu, who was replaced by trustee and tried with the allegation of ‘’being a member of a terrorist organization’’, was held at the Şırnak 1st High Criminal Court. While Berivan did not attend the hearing, her lawyers were present.

	&nbsp;

	Following the identification, Berivan’s lawyer made a defense. After the lawyer’s defense, the court postponed the hearing to January 6, 2022, in order to examine the three cases filed against Berivan on different dates and combined in the previous hearing.
