Yazidi women distribute election leaflet

	SHENGAL - In Shengal, the Young Yazidi Women’s Union distributed leaflets for the candidates they would support in the Iraqi elections.

	 

	There is little time left until the date of the general elections to be held in Iraq. Women continue their works in Shengal for the elections to be held on October 10. Leading by the Yazidi Young Women’s Union, women distributed leaflets in support of the Freedom and Democracy Party (PADÊ) candidate. Citizens also supported the women who distributed leaflets in the Sinune district center in national dresses. Distributing leaflets with the slogan ‘’Long live PADÊ’’, women demanded vote for PADÊ candidate Semir Şêx Derwêş.
