	ANKARA - The Constitutional Court accepted the HDP’s request for additional time and gave an additional 30 days for the defense.

	&nbsp;

	The Constitutional Court accepted the demand of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) for additional time and gave an additional 30 days for the defense.

	&nbsp;

	In the lawsuit filed for the HDP’s closure, the Constitutional Court General Board unanimously accepted the indictment and started a two-month period for pre-defense from the notification of the indictment and its annexes to the party.

	&nbsp;

	The HDP Law Commission applied to the Constitutional Court before the legal deadline expired and requested additional time for the defense.
