In the action, they were asked about the fate of Salih Çalık and Sinan Fidan, who were detained by soldiers in the house raid on June 6, 1994, in the village of Şaklat (Şeqlat) in the Kocaköy district of Diyarbakır and were never heard from again.   IHD Diyarbakır Branch executive Yusuf Erdoğan told the story of Saliha Çalık and Sinan Fidan and informed that the Çalık family migrated to the center of Diyarbakır because the village of Şaklat in Kocaköy was burned by the soldiers, but Salih Çalık continued to work in the village because he was a worker. Expressing that the soldiers carried out an operation in the village on June 6, Yusuf noted that two villagers lost their lives as a result of the soldiers shooting the villagers with long-barreled weapons during the operation.   No news for 27 years   Yusuf stated that Salih Çalık was also injured in his foot in the incident and said:   ‘’Çalık, who could not leave the village because he was injured, went to Süleyman Muntaş's house, but the soldiers identified the house where he was staying and raided. During the raid, the host Süleyman Muntaş, injured Salih Çalık and Sinan Fidan, who was at the house to treat Çalık, were detained by the soldiers. Muntaş was released after 25 days, but Çalık and Fidan continued to be detained. Muntaş says that he was detained with Salih and Sinan for only two days, and then they separated the two of them from him. The families of Salih Çalık and Sinan Fidan, who could not obtain any information about their fate, applied to the Diyarbakır State Security Court (DGM) Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Salih Çalık's mother told the prosecutor that two people were taken into custody by soldiers from Süleyman Muntaş's house, and Muntaş witnessed this. However, the prosecutor returned the petition to the family and rejected the families' request, saying, ‘We did not take these people, go ask the PKK’. What happened to Salih Çalık and Sinan Fidan, who have never been heard from since then?’’
