Nusaybin District Governorate also holds ‘woman’ meeting with men

	MARDİN - 15 men and one woman attended the meeting held by the Nusaybin District Governorate under the name of ‘’Combating Violence Against Women District Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation’’ and men evaluated the problems of women.

	 

	Mardin Nusaybin District Governorate held the second term 2021 ‘’District Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting on Combating Violence Against Women’’ yesterday. 16 people attended the meeting under the District Governor and Nusaybin Municipality Trustee Emre Yalçın. 15 men, including representatives of the Gendarmerie and the District Police Department, as well as representatives of some NGOs in the city, attended. The only female participant of the meeting was a woman who was learned to work in the municipality.

	 

	At the meeting, Psychologist Çiğdem Aygün from the Nusaybin Social Services Directorate informed the attendees about the work of the directorate.

	 

	The Governorship of Şırnak had also signed a similar practice and evaluated the ‘’Coordination Plan for Combating Violence Against Women’’ with men.
