
Demand for additional time relating to closure case from HDP

	ANKARA - HDP demanded additional time from the Constitutional Court regarding the closure case.

	&nbsp;

	The Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) demanded additional time for defense in the case filed at the Constitutional Court regarding the close of the party. In the application made by the Law and Human Rights Commission of the party on August 11, a demand was made for time to examine the digital datas contained in 70 additional folders and eight flashes.

	&nbsp;

	If the demand is accepted, the 60-day defense period will increase to 90 days.
