258th day of hunger strike resistance 2021-08-11 16:59:00   NEWS CENTER - The hunger strike launched by political prisoners against the Imralı isolation and increasing rights violations has entered the 258th day.   The hunger strike resistance launched by Kurdistan Worker’s Party (PKK) and Kurdistan Free Life Party (PJAK) prisoners on November 27, 2020, demanding an end to the aggravated isolation on PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan and an end to the increasing violations of rights in prisons, is on its 258th day. The 48th group continues the hunger strike, which started indefinitely and alternately every five days, and has continued alternately every 15 days since 14 July.   On the 237th day of the action in Maxmur   The hunger strike launched on December 18, 2020, in Maxmur Camp in the Federated Kurdistan Region, led by women against the Imralı isolation and continued at the Maxmur Martyrs’ Families Council, is on its 237th day.   220th day in Lavrio   The indefinite-alternating hunger strike launched by who are staying in the Lavrio Camp in Greece to end the isolation on the PKK leader and to support the ongoing hunger strikes in prisons has entered its 220th day. The hunger strike in the camp is led by the Revolutionary Youth Movement (TCŞ-Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger), the European Kurdish Women's Movement (Tevgera Jinên Kurd li Ewropayê) and the Kurdistan Cultural Center (Navenda Çanda Kurdistan).
