
Boğaziçi resistance wins: All trustees will go

	NEWS CENTER - Boğaziçi Solidarity, which made a statement against the dismissal of trustee rector Melih Bulu and has been resisting since the first day, said: ‘’All trustees will go.’’

	&nbsp;

	Taking office with the decision of President Tayyip Erdoğan about six months ago, Prof. Dr. Melih Bulu was dismissed as rector of Boğaziçi University. The decision was published in the Official Gazette. Boğaziçi Solidarity, which has been in action since the first day against AKP's Melih Bulu's appointment as rector of Boğaziçi University, made a statement regarding the decision to be dismissed.

	‘All trustees will go’

	&nbsp;

	In the statement, it was stated that the resistance was against the trustee system, not the individuals, from the first day, and the following statements were included: ‘’From the first day, we repeat that our resistance is not about individuals, but about top down appointments and trustees! We argue that the struggle against trustees appointed to all universities and municipalities should continue on an uncompromising line! #AllTrusteesWillGo.’’
