
Sevcan’s reemployment lawsuit postponed again

	IZMIR - The reemployment lawsuit of Sevcan Gülboy, one of the SF Trade workers who was dismissed for being union member, was postponed again.

	&nbsp;

	The third hearing of the reemployment lawsuit of Sevcan Gülboy, one of the workers dismissed from the SF Trade textile factory in İzmir Gaziemir Free Zone for being union memner, was held at the 8th Labor Court of Izmir Regional Court of Justice.

	&nbsp;

	Union lawyer Erkan Göbekçin and employer lawyers were present at the hearing. The trial was postponed to 10:00 on October 25 to examine the workplace camera recordings of the expert, to determine whether Sevcan had acted illegally at the workplace and to determine the compensation that Sevcan would receive if she was right.&nbsp;
