Emine and Ferit Şenyaşar continue their visits 2021-07-02 16:03:47     DİYARBAKIR - Emine and Ferit Şenyaşar, who came to Diyarbakır, visited the Deva Party and Diyarbakır Bar Association as part of the "justice" vigil and requested support.   Emine Şenyasar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attacks, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack with injuries, visited Deva Party and Diyarbakır Bar Association in Diyarbakır as part of the "justice" vigil, which is on its 116th day.   ‘They killed my family’   Speaking during visit to Deva Party, Ferit Şenyaşar stated that they have been fighting for rights and justice for three years. Ferit said: ‘’The persecution continues through the judiciary. The killers of the incident are known. But there has been no lawsuit for three years. We thank DEVA for its solidarity. We will continue to pursue our case.’’   Cihan Ülsen, Diyarbakır Provincial Chairperson of the party, noted that their party's administrations in Urfa are also interested in the file and said that they will ‘’continue to stand by the family and stand by the oppressed no matter who the persecution comes from.’’   Reminding that her relatives were murdered in the hospital garden, Emine Şenyasar said: ‘’They deleted all the records. Let them release my son in prison, they murdered my family. Their children are walking around comfortably outside, mine are dead. Is this justice? We are alone with my son. We go everywhere.’’   ‘We will bring justice’   The family later visited Diyarbakır Bar Association for legal support. Unable to control her tears, Emine pointed out that they were seeking justice with a piece of paper. Emine said: ‘’We want justice, this cruelty is enough.’’   Ferit Şenyaşar also informed the bar association about the file and said: ‘’We expect everyone who says they are human to support our struggle. They threaten us with death, but we are not afraid. We will either die on this way or bring justice.’’   ‘We are followers’   Chairperson of the Diyarbakır Bar Association Nahit Eren pointed out that they visited the family on the first day they took office and said: ‘’This incident upsets everyone. As Diyarbakır Bar Association, we are with the family throughout the whole process. Every lawyer has a sensitivity to this file. This problem of impunity in Turkey is increasing day by day. We are talking about the death of three people, but there is a restraining order in the file. They are escaping the file from family and lawyers. We follow the process until the end. We promise that we are with them.’’
