
Gültan and Sebahat’s file combined with Kobanê file

	MALATYA - The trial of the former Co-Chair of the DBP, Sebahat Tuncel, and the former Co-Mayor of the DBB, Gültan Kışanak, pending at the Malatya 5th High Criminal Court, has been combined with the Kobanê file, whose trial is ongoing in Ankara.

	&nbsp;

	The 12th hearing of the lawsuit filed against the former Co-Chair of the Democratic Regions Party (DBP), Sebahat Tuncel, and the former Co-Mayor of Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality (DBB), Gültan Kışanak, on the allegation of “being a member of a terrorist organization” and “making propaganda for a terrorist organization”, was held at Malatya 5th High Criminal Court.

	Gültan Kışanak from Kandıra F Type Closed Prison, Sebahat Tuncel from Sincan Prison, their lawyers Cihan Aydın, Mehmet Emin Aktar and Mesut Beştaş from Diyarbakır Courthouse attended the hearing with Sound and Video Information System (SEGBİS).

	&nbsp;

	The court board decided to consolidate the file, stating that the response to the writ sent to the 22nd High Criminal Court in Ankara was directed towards combining the file with the Kobanê file.
