	ÇANAKKALE - An investigation has been launched against two party executives due to the banner hung on the HDP Çanakkale Provincial Organization regarding the murder of Deniz Poyraz.

	 

	An investigation has been launched against two party executives on the grounds of the banner "You will be held to account" hung on Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Çanakkale Provincial Organization regarding Deniz Poyraz, who was killed in the racist attack. The police from the Provincial Security Directorate Security Branch demanded the removal of the banner, citing the prosecutor's decision. However, the party executives did not allow it. Thereupon, the police removed the banner at night when no one was in the building.

	 

	Following the removal of the banner, an investigation was launched against two executives on June 28, alleging ‘’inciting the public to hatred and hate’’.
