
Constitutional Court Rapporteur requests HDP indictment to accepted

	ANKARA - The Constitutional Court Rapporteur requested the acceptance of the indictment of the closure case against the HDP.

	&nbsp;

	The Rapporteur of the Constitutional Court has completed the preliminary examination report on the indictment prepared for the closure of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP). The prepared report was distributed to the members of the court.

	&nbsp;

	In report, the Rapporteur of the Constitutional Court asked the Supreme Court of Appeals Prosecutor's Office to accept the indictment of HDP's permanent closure. The rapporteur requested that the demand for a measure to be taken against HDP's estates be rejected at this stage.
