‘Justice’ vigil on its 72nd day: Perpetrators reward with impunity 2021-05-19 13:08:20   URFA - Emine and Ferit Şenyaşar, who have been on the "Justice" vigil for 72 days, shared the message "Perpetrators are rewarded with impunity" on their social media account.   Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons in 2018 as a result of the attacks, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who was injured from the attack, started in front of the Urfa Courthouse, demanding that those responsible be tried, continues on its 72nd day. Şenyaşar family came in front of the courthouse, which was closed, in the early hours of the morning, although it was a public holiday due to the May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day. The family left the following placards to the ground and started their actions: "There was a massacre in Suruç State Hospital, we want justice", "We only want impartial justice", "We want to wake up with the day when justice is achieved", "Justice, in any case, justice."   ‘Become a follower of the case’   When the police inside the courthouse did not allow a watch in the courthouse, the family carried their actions in front of the garden gate. Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, underlined that they came to the front of the building even though there was no overtime in the courthouse and said: "We have been fighting for justice for 72 days. We are in front of the courthouse, and we will not give up our deserving cause until a fair trial is held. We invite all conscientious people who say ‘I am human’ to be a follower of this case." From the family social media accounts, shared: "Today May 19, justice is not a matter of time. Our struggle is on the 72nd day. Our father and brothers were killed in the hospital. The perpetrators have been on the streets for three years, the perpetrators are rewarded with impunity."
