Systematic torture and rape perpetrator arrested

	DERSİM - Oktay Güler, who systematically tortured, raped, and threatened E.A., was arrested.

	 

	In Dersim’s Hozat district, Oktay G. tortured, threatened, and raped E.A., for seven months. The incident emerged after E.A. informed her father. Oktay G. was detained by the gendarmerie after E.’s father went to the Hozat District Gendarmerie Command on May 14 and filed a complaint, while he was released after the threatened E. did not complain. Only a restraining order was given for the perpetrator.

	 

	E., who went to the Hozat Gendarmerie Command again with the assault report received by E., who was taken to Tunceli State Hospital by her family, once again complained about the perpetrator.

	Oktay Güler, who was taken into custody again, was arrested by the judge on duty where he was taken to the courthouse where he was transferred.
