She said that the government is trying to end the women's struggle with arrest and detentions. She said “All of these attacks are carried out by the state and the power. They  themselves know  that Kurdish women are the vanguard of society and a shield against everything in the field. Ayşe Gökkan is one of these struggling Kurdish women. We saw the resistance of Ayşe Gökkan in 2014. We saw how she resisted until now with his struggle."   'No obstacle can prevent women's struggle'   Songül said, "In the person of Ayşe Gökkan, this attack was carried out against all women," and underlined that they will not stand in silence for the attacks and will raise their voices even more. She said, “We have been facing these pressures for years. But we have never compromised our struggle. As women, we want Ayşe Gökkan and our friends to be released as soon as possible. "No oppression and obstacle can prevent women's resistance and struggle."   'Ayşe Gökkan should be released immediately'   Beritan Önen said that the government is based on attacking women when they are in a difficult situation, and that the attacks on women have increased in the last period and women have been detained or tried to be intimidated by arresting them. Underlining that they will never give up against the attacks against the women's struggle, Beritan emphasized that they will resist more against these attacks. She said, “But there is one thing they should not forget that women are more focused in the struggle and organized in the face of these attacks. We will respond to all these attacks with our campaign by saying "Em Xwe Diparêzin (We defend ourselves)". Our term spokesperson Ayşe Gökkan has devoted her life to the struggle of women and took everything to the risk for this. Our spokesperson Ayşe Gökkan should be released immediately ”.   "We will adopt her struggle as her comrades"   Noting that Ayşe's detention is not a coincidence, Zelal Bilgin pointed out that this is a policy targeting the women's struggle. Emphasizing the influence of Ayşe on the system, Zelal said, “Ayşe Gökkan, who started a death fast on October 30, 2014, said that it was meaningful to be detained on the same date. The women's struggle is wanted to be interrupted. Until this time, we were saying 'we are the witnesses'. But now we say 'you are the witnesses'. Ayşe Gökkan is a woman who shows a clear attitude towards war, speaks everywhere and fights against the system. She is not only an important woman in Turkey and the Kurdistan areas but also is in entire of the world. When they(government) are in trouble, we are the first group they attack. Ayşe Gökkan is one of our female friends who has been continuing the women's struggle known to all for years with her stance in society, her identity, and creating her successors. As her comrades, we will adopt her struggle, ”she said.
